Attach the completed form, all required documentation and photos to an email and send it to info@kevalinaudio.com
Use “Product Support Request” as the email subject line.

SERVICE REQUESTS):

PHOTOS

A photo or photos of your product, INCLUDING OF:

PART(S) THAT YOU THINK HAS/HAVE AN ISSUE (REQUIRED FOR BOTH WARRANTY AND NON-WARRANTY REQUESTS), AND
THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE CHASSIS (REQUIRED ONLY FOR NON-WARRANTY SERVICE REQUESTS)
